Have you been neutralist or are you a Peoples?
A government is an abstract institution rather than a living person; it has neither a soul to save nor a body to imprison. As such, it cannot act in the same way that one individual acts upon another. Instead, it operates through us via Acts, statutes, regulations, and legal entities that exist within a framework of collective governance.
In democratic societies such as Ireland, the legitimacy of government authority is traditionally understood to arise from the consent of the governed. This principle, often referred to as the “social contract,” holds that governmental power is derived from the agreement of the People to be governed under a common set of laws and institutions. Through constitutions, elections, civic participation, and other forms of public consent, governments obtain and maintain authority, Legitimately or not. Today, more often than not violence and cohesion is used
We (The People of eiRe) have been entrusted with a democratic Republic, “if we can keep it,” as Benjamin Franklin is often quoted as saying, a system in which political authority is derived from the people themselves. In this framework, The People are not subjects of a monarch, or a Dick-tator but participants in self-government, sharing responsibility for shaping the laws and institutions under which they/We live.
In that sense, Sovereignty is not concentrated in a single ruler, party leader, or oligarch, but distributed among the people collectively. Each individual holds equal civic dignity and political standing under the law, with the right to participate or decent in democratic processes and the responsibility to engage in the preservation or replacement of those institutions in as responsible fashion as is feasible.
From this perspective, the relationship between the individual and the State is founded not on ownership or dominion, but on consent, representation, and mutual respect and obligations. The Government’s authority extends only insofar as it is recognised and legitimised by the People NOT legal and /or political framework established by the Government and not people it serves.
This relationship is facilitated through the creation of a legal identity, (a juridical or “legal fiction” ) that exists separately from the living man or woman. This legal persona, represented by a registered name and recognised by the institutions of the State, serves as the interface through which rights privileges, duties, contracts, taxes, licences, and legal obligations are administered.
Under this view, the State does not interact directly with the living individual, but rather with a legal personality that is recognised, recorded, and regulated within the framework of law Acts, Statuts and Regulations. This legal persona functions as an operational interface through which Rights are surrendered in favour for privileges, duties, obligations, and protections are administered for and by the State.
Consent, in this framework, is often misunderstood as being implied.
Engagement with legal and administrative systems, such as obtaining a birth-cert, obtaining government-issued identification, registering for services, such as housing, entering contracts, paying taxes, or incorporating a businesses, can be interpreted as forms of acceptance of the governing legal order. Whether such consent is fully informed, explicit, or voluntary remains a subject of ongoing civil debate.
Within this system, not only individuals but also corporations and institutions are treated as real people with Rights. These entities, sometimes described as “legal fictions” exist for the purposes of law, allowing them to enter contracts, own property, incur liabilities, and be held accountable within defined legal limits. Unlike you and I, however, they do not possess consciousness, lived experience, or moral agency in any human sense, they have no soul to save and no body to incarcerate; their existence is purely juridical.
This distinction is not raises in Law at any point. today, however, important questions about accountability and responsibility are starting to be asked. For example, multinational corporations may be involved in actions that have significant social and/or environmental consequences, yet legal responsibility is typically distributed across structures of governance, regulation, and individual decision-makers (Who can not recall much) within those organisations. Although, you will go to prison for not complying with a census document. The corporations do not experience punishment, deprivation, moral consequence, hunger or cold in the way a you a human being does.
These considerations highlight a broader tension within modern legal systems: the separation between abstract legal entities and the lived reality of human experience. WakeUpeiRe would like to remind the People who serves who, We invite examination of how responsibility is assigned, how consent is understood, and how power is exercised within complex corrupt institutional structures.
Your Birth-Cert represents a legal Persona, your straw man is a figure not intended to have a genuine beneficial interest in a property, to whom such property is nevertheless conveyed in order to facilitate a transaction.
Straw man is a third party that holds property in intermission for the sole purpose of transferring it to another. In property law, a straw man would be the Person whom a grantor transfers an asset, land or property to for some/any reason; (sometimes known as a “front”) for the sole purpose of concealing the true owner
Legal Fiction AKA Straw-Man.
Any transaction where there is a party representing another in a purchase where the property will be transferred is a straw man transaction. In the past, to create a proper joint tenancy where one joint tenant already owned interest, it was first necessary to convey the property to a straw man, then to convey the interest of the property to the ultimate grantees as joint tenants. A straw man transaction was necessary because the grantees had to acquire their interests at the same time to form a unity of time and have the unity of title (same method of conveyance); these two elements form joint tenancy.
Straw man is also a logical fallacy in an argument, used with the intention of distracting from the original topic. You end up having your time and energy embezzled by Legal Fictions like Garda, Courts, Political Partys arguing about fines, charges punishment instead of if you are actually liable and what you actually want.
What is the difference between a Peoples and the Citizenry. In the preamble to the Constitution it references the People of Ireland as the final decider to all matters, Then continues to impost rules on the Citizens? jurisdiction and capacity is how we separate our “Civil” Legal Fiction with privilages from WE the Peoples and our Rights.
Just this wee some 4,600 candidates from 139 countries have been “invited” by the Government of Ireland to attend 5 citizenship ceremonies on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 June 2026 at the Gleneagle Killarney.

All figures are taken from gov.ie June 2026
Since 2011, approximately 230,000 individuals, including minors, have been granted Irish “citizenship”. Following the citizenship ceremonies held in Killarney this June, a further 4,600 new “citizens” will be added to this figure.
These numbers do NOT include asylum seekers or applicants whose cases remain unresolved. Rather, they represent individuals who have successfully completed the naturalisation process and are now recognised as Irish citizens by the State under acts and legislation. Among them are doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, tradespeople, academics, and countless other professionals who do indeed contribute to Irish society and hold state-recognised qualifications, licences, and titles.
The scale of this demographic change raises important questions about citizenship, national identity, civic participation, and the evolving composition of the Irish Nation in the twenty-first century… Who has natural Rights and who was granted State privileges, is there a difference?
Have these individuals somehow magically become the People of Ireland, or are they merely citizen-servants of a globalist empire, wearing a Strawman and a suit so as to administer policies and interests that originate far beyond the Peoples/Nation’s borders and true best interests? if we are to believe that some 250,000 new individuals can just be add to the Peoples, then we are not living under the consent of the governed (The Social contract), the State is Manufacturing Consent…?
