Some of our volunteers
Since May 2022 hundreds of volunteers have joined us on our travels around éiRe. Together we have done more than 200 information drops and distributed over 800,000 leaflets.
These are the people who make it happen, the people of WakeUpeiRe. We asked our volunteers to tell us a little about their concerns and what motivated them to stand up in public spaces and inform others. If you have worked with WakeUpéiRe and you would like to be included in this project, you can send your contribution to Eithneb@protonmail.com.

The idea to become active was born from a chat and a cup of tea in Wardy’s camper, parked at the back of government buildings. Myself, Wardy, another recently departed and sorely missed founding member, Philly…

WakeUpéiRe volunteers: Lucy from Dublin

Lucy’s own words The 2020 was the weirdest year in my lifetime.. At first, i couldn’t understand why and how so many people believed in a clearly fake, flu like virus! Soon i figured out what was going on, it was hard to take it in.. Governments all over the world experimenting on their own…
WakeUpéiRe volunteers: Helen from Dublin

Helens own words I am So glad to be part of the WakeUpéiRe group.
