From RTÉ to The Irish Times: A 5km Walk Raising Awareness About Excess Deaths in Dublin

By WakeUpéiRe.

On 20 March 2026, WakeUpéiRe volunteers joined others on a 5km walk through Dublin, beginning at RTÉ studios in Donnybrook and finishing at The Irish Times head office on Tara Street. The purpose of the walk was to raise public awareness around post C-19 injection excess deaths in Ireland, with current figures now exceeding 26,000.

Throughout the walk, volunteers distributed over 2,000 leaflets, and got seen by thousands more people along the route. The response from the public was notably positive, with many open to taking information and engaging in conversation — a clear sign that attitudes are continuing to shift.

At The Irish Times, Patrick E Walsh publicly read a letter which was then formally handed into the head office. The video also includes: – An interview with Joe, who speaks about the loss of his 14-year-old granddaughter Ava

The video also includes – A short conversation between Edel and Doctor Gerry Waters, who has been vocal in questioning the wider Covid-19 narrative and policies.

This video documents a day of peaceful, real-world civic action — bringing awareness beyond the digital space and into direct public engagement. WakeUpéiRe is a self-funded volunteer group working to raise awareness through real-world interaction and information sharing.

Every leaflet, every print run, and every public action is funded by volunteers. If you would like to support this work and help us continue printing and distributing leaflets across Ireland, you can do so here: https://www.wakeupeire.com/help-us-in…
