Lest we ever forget what they did to our elderly, those who had built this country, were locked away from family and friends, and Genocided. A Genocide of our most vulnerable. We will never forget those responsible, and we will never forgive.

Those who spent their lives building this country were, in many cases, separated from their families, isolated from friends, and left to endure their final months in loneliness. Many suffered greatly, and countless families were denied precious time with loved ones they may never see again.

We remember the fear, the isolation, the loss, and the human cost borne by some of the most vulnerable members of our society. We remember the parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents whose lives and dignity mattered.

Their stories must not be forgotten. Their suffering must not be erased from history. We owe it to them, and to future generations, to examine the decisions that were made, to hold those responsible for their actions accountable, and to ensure that such failures are never repeated.

We will remember those who suffered. We will remember those who were lost. And we will continue to seek truth, accountability, and justice in their memory
