Patrick McGreal, originally from Achill island but now living in Co. Westmeath, describes here some of the legal corruption he has faced from the local authorities and courts there. He also describes his efforts, allied to the village of Dundrum Co. Tipperary, to stablish the illegality of the exemption from all planning laws of the IPAS centres being established around Ireland.
