Count Richard Nikolaus Coudenhove-Kalergi (1894–1972) was an Austrian aristocrat, and political fantasist best known for being the son of a Count & married to a famous actress, later as the founder of the Pan-European movement, one of the earliest organized efforts to promote European Super State.
