As a Government has no Soul to save or Body to incarcerate, It can not Act on your body containing your Soul, It must act only on other Legal Fictions. They must govern by the consent of the governed. To that end they must acquire your consent to be governed. This is done by implying you are your legal fiction… All registered companies are Legal Fictions, including YOU! In property law, a straw man would be the Person whom a grantor transfers an asset, land or property to for some/any reason; (sometimes known as a “front”) for the sole purpose of concealing the true owner

Legal Fiction AKA Straw-Man.

Any transaction where there is a party representing another in a purchase where the property will be transferred is a straw man transaction. In the past, to create a proper joint tenancy where one joint tenant already owned interest, it was first necessary to convey the property to a straw man, then to convey the interest of the property to the ultimate grantees as joint tenants. A straw man transaction was necessary because the grantees had to acquire their interests at the same time to form a unity of time and have the unity of title (same method of conveyance); these two elements form joint tenancy.

Straw man is also a logical fallacy in an argument, used with the intention of distracting from the original topic. You end up having your time and energy embezzled by Legal Fictions like Garda, Courts, Political Partys arguing about fines, charges punishment instead of if you are actually liable and what you actually want.

What is the difference between a Peoples and the Citizenry. In the preamble to the Constitution it references the People of Ireland as the final decider to all matters, Then continues to impost rules on the Citizens? jurisdiction and capacity is how we separate our “Civil” Legal Fiction from WE the Peoples.
